Frank's Cabinet Shop: Tradition of Fine, Old-World Woodworking and Cabinetry
Frank's Cabinet Shop began in 1967, when Frank Klausz and his wife came to America, specializing in fine furniture reproductions and custom architectural fixtures. Frank's woodworking career began with an apprenticeship in Hungary at the age of 14, learning the techniques that have remained essentially unchanged since the Middle Ages.
Continuing in the fine woodworking tradition handed down by Frank, his long-time journey-men John Darrow and Doug Bloom continue the exquisite craftsmanship, hand-tool skills and understanding of superior quality for all types of custom woodworking projects so characteristics of Frank’s work.
